  • Health and Fitness Data (FitTrack Studio): If you explicitly grant permission to connect with Apple HealthKit, we retrieve workout details, steps, active energy, and heart rate metrics to display inside the app. This health data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to our external databases.
  • Financial Ledgers (ApexPay): Any financial transaction or cryptocurrency balance details you log are stored locally on your device storage unless backup syncing is enabled. We do not sell or monetize financial transaction history.
  • Device and Technical Information: We automatically collect standard diagnostics, operating system versions, and IP addresses for app performance and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize your collected datasets for the following operational needs:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the core capabilities of our software applications.
  • To authenticate user access and secure account credentials.
  • To optimize mobile device rendering and address software bugs.
  • To comply with regulatory obligations and standard security audits.

FIFI SAX does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not share your HealthKit datasets with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances, adhering strictly to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement rules. We may share data only with service vendors executing backend database hosting or analytical crash reports under strict non-disclosure terms.

We deploy industrial-grade encryption protocols (including SSL/TLS connections and database hashing methods) to protect information during transmission and storage. However, please remember that no web connection or wireless server is absolutely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

These include the right to access your stored data, request modification, or request immediate deletion of your accounts. You can execute these controls directly inside our app settings dashboards.
